When I recently had to sell my house and relocate to another state for work, the real estate agent I hired told me to replace my old fence, but I thought that investing in a new fence before selling my home was silly. Time kept ticking, and when I finally got an offer, it was a very low offer I could not accept. After a few more months, I begrudgingly did what my agent asked and had my old fence replaced. I knew it was an eye-sore, but I didn't realize just how bad it made my home look until I replaced it. Soon I got a good offer on my home and my small investment paid off greatly! I decided to start a blog to share what I learned about fences with others, and I hope you can learn a lot here.
